Aufgaben, die dich begeistern
- Understand and analyze the challenges of supply chains and production planning processes of metals producers - analyze customer needs and translate them into a concept for the optimization of their work flow
- Take the role of an E2E Solution Architect (SA) –
- design the best possible solution within the constraints of specifications, costs, products, quality and timelines
- be ultimately accountable for the veracity of its resulting implementation through to final solution delivery and acceptance by the customer
- Support the product sales process by building demonstration systems, producing technical proposals or customer pilot systems - perform customer workshops and deliver presentations on specific PSImetals modules
- Support of current customers with the implementation, customization, and commissioning of PSImetals solutions
- Consulting on the continuous improvement of implemented PSImetals suites
Qualifikationen, die uns begeistern
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence or similar
- We want to speak to professionals with solid experience in (standard) software development or to graduates in one of the above fields who are motivated to be part of the sales & development process for a standard product pioneer in its business
- Knowledge or experience in the metals industry is a plus, but any industrial experience is appreciated
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English, other languages are welcome
- Customer-oriented mindset and empathy
- Insatiable curiosity to learn new skills and domains, keep up with industry innovation and constantly ask ‘why’
- Readiness to travel internationally
