• You are the first point of contact for our managers and employees regarding all HR-related matters at our sites across Germany
• You actively support and accompany change processes and act as a trusted advisor and partner
• You are responsible for the implementation of both operational and strategic HR topics, with a focus on labor law issues, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational development for a defined business area
• Together with managers, you develop solutions and support their implementation. This also includes succession planning and leadership development
• You also take care of administrative tasks
• You help shape our culture to be appreciative, inclusive, and performance-oriented

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the HR field, ideally as a Business Partner or in a comparable role
• Sound expertise in all HR management and labor law matters
• You are comfortable managing administrative and operational tasks while simultaneously driving forward strategic topics
• Experience in change management, organizational development, and coaching of managers
• You are a true sparring partner with strong communication skills and empathy
• You work independently, proactively, solution-oriented, and in a structured way
• Fluency in both German and English
