Tasks inspiring you

• Durchführung von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln – speziell im Bereich Elektrotechnik

• Allgemeine Pflege- und Instandhaltungsaufgaben im Bereich Haustechnik und Gebäudeunterhaltung

• Überwachung und Bedienung der technischen Gebäudeausstattung

• Übernahme kleinerer handwerklicher Tätigkeiten

Qualifications that inspire us

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik

• Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im MSR-Bereich (Messen-Steuern-Regeln)

• Kenntnisse in Heizungs- und Kältetechnik von Vorteil

• Fachübergreifendes Grundverständnis im Bereich Haustechnik

• Handwerkliches Geschick

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit, organisatorisches Talent und Kommunikationsstärke
