Tasks inspiring you

• Überprüfung der korrekten Erfassung von Auftragseingängen

• Steuerung der Faktura, Überwachung des Zahlungseingangs und Mahnwesens

• Kontrolle der Kontierung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen

• Verantwortung für das Kaufmännische Projekt Management Office (KPMO)

• Verarbeitung und Analyse von Projekt-Prognosen zur Bewertung

• Mitarbeit beim Monatsabschluss und Reporting

• Kaufmännische/r Ansprechpartner/in für Projektmanager/innen und Projektleiter/innen

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Business Unit- und Projektanalysen

Qualifications that inspire us

• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung

• Hohe Zahlenaffinität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturierte Denkweise

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
