Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Product Owner (m/w/d), der unser Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) weiterentwickelt und optimiert.

• Entwicklung und Kommunikation einer klaren Produkt-Vision und -Strategie
• Erstellung, Priorisierung und Pflege des Product Backlogs (z. B. Definition von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams und Stakeholdern
• Sicherstellung von Produktqualität und Kundennutzens
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Produkts und des Entwicklungsprozesses

Qualifications that inspire us

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Product Owner im ERP- oder MES-Umfeld
• Ausgeprägtes Kunden- und Marktverständnis sowie Prozess-Know-how in der Fertigungsindustrie
• Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mind. C1)
