Are you passionate about combining legal expertise with cutting-edge technology? Join our Contract Management team and support our Grid & Energy Management unit throughout the entire contract lifecycle – from acquisition to termination. You'll help shape the legal framework of highly technical B2B projects and work closely with our group Legal department when disputes arise.

Tasks inspiring you

  • Support and advise management and employees of our operational business units in revision, drafting and negotiation of contracts, mainly in the field of IT law

  • Optimize contract templates / support contract management

  • Optimize processes for data protection compliance

  • Monitoring of company-relevant legislative processes, assessment of their impact on company’s products and giving advice related to the operational implementation of legal requirements, particularly in the IT law environment (e.g. AI Regulation, NIS 2, etc.)

  • Provide training to employees and management in contract law at various locations of the group

Qualifications that inspire us

  • German qualification as „Volljurist/in“ (i.e. with both state examinations as a must have)

  • Solid knowledge in commercial, IT and data protection law

  • Several years of relevant professional experience with complex IT contracts

  • High propensity to also handle matters in other fields of law if required by business needs

  • Ability to reconcile legal requirements with operative needs

  • Proficiency in written and spoken German (is a must have) as well as English allowing you to conduct complicated negotiations with confidence (an additional foreign language would be an advantage)

  • Proactive work approach and individual responsibility in daily business
