- Du unterstützt bei der monatlichen Abrechnung von Wartung-Calls
- Beim Abgleich der Arbeitsstunden mit unseren Call-Listen sind insbesondere deine Excel-Skills gefragt
- Du checkst die Abrechnungsdaten und klärst Unstimmigkeiten eigenständig
- All deine Daten kommen sauber und pünktlich beim Controlling an
- Zusammen mit dem Account-Team optimierst du Abläufe und übernimmst weitere administrative Projektaufgaben
Qualifications that inspire us
- Du studierst BWL, VWL oder was Ähnliches und hast mindestens noch ein Jahr Studium vor dir
- Excel ist für dich kein Fremdword - SVERWEISE und Pivot!
- Du arbeitest sorgfältigt und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du sicher
