As our Lead Platform Engineer, you’re the one guiding and steering our software products' journey into the cloud.

• Technical leadership of our internal cloud platform team
• Actively driving the SaaS transformation of our business unit
• Onboarding and mentoring new employees
• Cross-team communication and coordination with management
• Collaboration on the team's technical/operational tasks
• Conducting code reviews

Qualifications that inspire us

• Experience in leading teams
• Several years of experience in agile development (Kanban, SCRUM)
• Several years of experience in the cloud environment (preferably Google Cloud Platform)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Kubernetes
• Comprehensive knowledge of IaC tools (especially Terraform)
• Solid knowledge of common development tools (Git, Gitlab-CI)
• English C1 level

Nice to have:

• Google Cloud certifications
• Experience with Ansible
• Programming skills in Go or Python
• German B2 level
