Our People & Organization (P&O) function is building a unified, transparent global people framework across all business units and operating countries. Your work matters now because you will establish one common job architecture, compensation standards, and prepare our organization for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. In this individual contributor role, you will have full ownership of Total Rewards across the entire group.
