We’re looking for a proactive and curious Working Student to join our Sales Operations team as we grow into a fully data-driven sales organization. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales Operations and collaborate across teams to support CRM data, reporting, sales processes, and presentation materials for leadership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, wants to understand how modern sales organizations operate, and is excited to build skills in CRM, analytics, and sales technology.
Tasks inspiring you
Sales Operations & CRM Data Support:
- Support preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership and sales teams.
- Conduct quality checks on sales data and support regular reporting cycles.
- Assist with data preparation for ad-hoc sales activities, strategic projects, and operational reviews.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the quality of CRM data.
- Support CRM process improvements, documentation, and user enablement.
Process & Tool Support
- Help document and maintain CRM, sales, and forecasting definitions, playbooks, and internal procedures.
- Assist in structuring information for a single source of truth related to Sales Operations.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for global tool rollouts, onboarding materials, and training documentation.
Research, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Explore new sales tools, AI use cases, automation ideas, and productivity solutions.
- Assist in improving sales efficiency, data quality, and forecasting routines.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and simplify workflows.
- Spot gaps, suggest changes, and help optimize day-to-day operations.
Qualifications that inspire us
- Currently studying Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Management, or a similar field.
- Fluent/advanced in German and English.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (or ready to learn quickly).
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data.
- Proactive, organized, and not afraid to take ownership.
- Basic understanding of sales processes (or eager to learn fast).
- Curious about tech, AI, automation, and how digital tools can boost performance.
