Tasks inspiring you
- You are responsible for the development and continuous evolution of the target architecture for product development, platforms, and services (SaaS, Cloud, DevOps, product lines)
- You actively design a future-ready development and delivery organization, including clear roles, responsibilities, governance, and interfaces
- Multi-year transformation roadmaps from on-premise to SaaS models are defined, prioritized, and consistently driven by you
- You ensure execution readiness of strategic initiatives through clear prioritization, decision frameworks and measurable targets
- Acting as a strategic counterpart to corporate central functions (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, Architecture, DevOps, Security), you confidently represent product development interests
- You align with corporate standards, target models, and governance structures, further develop them where needed, and ensure effective implementation
- In close collaboration with operational leadership, you translate strategy into concrete programs and initiatives
- You establish clear steering models, KPIs, and reliable progress tracking and anchor them sustainably within the organization
- Cross-BU collaboration and platform synergies are actively fostered and structured by you
Qualifications that inspire us
- Several years of experience in strategic leadership roles within product or development organizations define your background
- You bring solid expertise in SaaS and cloud-based product models
- You have successfully led transformations from project-driven development models to product- and platform-oriented organizations
- A strong understanding of software architecture, organizational design, and governance forms the foundation of your decisions
- You are experienced in working within corporate structures with strong central functions
- Strategic thinking is consistently combined with clear execution logic in your approach
- You act confidently in environments with clear expectations, top-down prioritization, and execution-focused steering
- Decision-making strength, structure, and result orientation characterize your working style
- You are recognized as a trusted sparring partner at top management level
- Fluency in German and English completes your profile
