Tasks inspiring you
- Own and drive the pricing process (price setting, monitoring, and price increases) in alignment with the go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to ensure consistent pricing execution across markets and product lines
- Develop, maintain, and release the Sales Calculation Guidelines and govern the offer calculation framework
- Monitor the commercial performance of the sales organization, proactively identifying risks, anomalies, and opportunities and translating findings into actionable recommendations for management
- Support periodic performance reviews and sales forecasting by providing analyses, KPI data, and variance reports
Qualifications that inspire us
- Extensive experience in Sales Controlling, Financial Controlling, or a closely related role
- Proven hands-on experience with pricing, offer calculation, and sales guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
- Willingness to travel approximately once per month (25% of the time)
- Practical experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day work

- Communicative proficiency in German
